Protecting your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, Austrian Telecommunications Act 2003). In this privacy information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website.
Contacting us
If you contact us via a form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
Purpose limitation, legal basis, storage period and recipients
We require the personal data collected for contract fulfillment, invoicing, the assertion of contractual claims, customer service purposes and marketing purposes. The data is collected, stored, processed and used for these purposes.
The legal bases for the processing of your personal data are, on the one hand, contract fulfillment, legitimate interests, the fulfillment of our legal or contractual obligations and, on the other hand, your consent.
We process your personal data, where necessary, for the duration of the entire business relationship (from initiation, processing through to termination of a contract) and beyond that in accordance with statutory retention and documentation obligations, which arise in particular from the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB) and the Federal Fiscal Code (BAO), as well as until the end of any legal dispute.
Our customers' and suppliers' data may be passed on to various processors (e.g. tax advisors, subsequent carriers).
In the course of forwarding orders, personal data is passed on to processors, who in turn may pass the orders and therefore the data on to sub-processors. For shipments to third countries, certain shipment data is communicated to the authorities of the transit or destination country for customs clearance, tax release or security checks, depending on the legislation of the respective country. The information provided usually includes: sender name and address, recipient name and address, description of the goods, number of pieces, weight and shipment value. Disclosure is made exclusively for the performance of the contract and the rights and obligations arising therefrom. Beyond that, disclosure takes place only with the express consent of the data subject. The processors have committed themselves to us to comply with the applicable data protection regulations. Your rights
You are generally entitled to the rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, withdrawal and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority. All personal data will be deleted at your request and after expiry of the statutory periods in accordance with the legal provisions.
